Reflections on Death with Mark Goulston

Dr. Mark Goulston
“When we quiet the ego and still the mind, we open ourselves to the purest form of connection – one of total, undivided attention and delight.”
Dr. Mark Goulston

There is a powerful perspective you have when you are dying.

It’s poignant and bittersweet listening to this interview and writing these words because my good friend, Dr. Mark Goulston, who sat down to record this with me not more than a few months ago, has since passed. I knew his journey, and when he came on the show, it was part of a series of interviews he would give on various podcasts that he referred to as “I’m dying to tell you.”

In our heartfelt discussion, Dr. Goulston, a renowned author, psychiatrist, suicide prevention specialist, and, as I mentioned, long-term friend, courageously shares his insights as he navigates the experience of living with a terminal illness. With his trademark wisdom and compassion, Mark reveals the powerful lessons that approaching death is teaching him about life, shedding light on what truly matters and how we can all live more fully and authentically. Throughout the episode, we explore the transformative potential of vulnerability, connection, and finding joy in the present moment, even in the face of life’s greatest challenges.

Without any further ado, on with a moving and thought-provoking exploration of life, death, and the enduring power of love.

Unlimited Vitality with Dr. Brooke Stuart

Dr. Brooke Stuart
“When we surrender and detox our system—mind, body, and soul—we not only exist but truly thrive in the boundless essence of our beings.”
Dr. Brooke Stuart

It’s fascinating that in many of my guests’ journeys, it’s the struggles they experience early on that inform their life’s work.

Such is the case with Dr. Brooke Stuart. Dr. Stuart joins us today to discuss holistic approaches to health, healing, and personal growth. As a child, she suffered from physical symptoms, which she now recognizes were due to EMF exposure. She speaks about her origin story in today’s episode, recalling how she could only tolerate limited time in front of a computer screen before she felt completely nauseous.

At the University of Miami, she became fascinated with medical anthropology. She went on to found Let Go & Grow International, where she utilizes her expertise in psychology, medical anthropology, and integrative medicine to assist patients in unlocking their innate healing abilities. Over the past twelve years, she has worked with thousands of people through her online platform, private practice, and corporate wellness division. Her goal is to help her patients clear issues, realize their potential, and experience true healing on all levels – mind, body, and spirit. To name just a few of the topics we touch on: the mind-body connection, natural remedies like flower essences, past life memories, and how to break limiting patterns. So, without any further ado, on with the show!

Exploring the Multiverse and Parallel Realities with Guy Needler

Guy Needler
“Meditate, be of service, realize that we’re all one, and just help each other. That’s the way to glory, without doubt.”
Guy Needler

This episode promises a fascinating chat with Guy Steven Needler, whose journey has spanned mechanical engineering to exploring ethereal realms. Guy’s adventures have taken him beyond the physical world, leading to intriguing discoveries about the universe and our place within it. He is the author of The History of God, Beyond the Source, Avoiding Karma, and several others as well.

In our discussion, we touch on some powerful, thought-provoking ideas, like the different roles people play in our lives and the concept of the multiverse—a vast expanse where different realities coexist. Guy shares his experiences with higher entities and the importance of recognizing our interconnectedness. One of his most mind-bending ideas is that of backfill people, a concept reminiscent of NPC’s or non-player characters in video games.

This conversation isn’t just about exploring high-level theories; it’s about finding practical ways to connect with the bigger picture of our existence. Guy’s journey reminds us that there’s more to life than meets the eye, encouraging us to explore, meditate, and help one another. So without any further ado, on with the show!

Dr. Lisa Koche
“The relationship we have with our body and the universe is so interconnected, and we’re just starting to see it. It’s a very exciting time to be alive.”
Dr. Lisa Koche

Why does conventional medicine seem so unable to attend to the complete welfare of the patient? We can probably all agree that Western medicine has lost its soul.

In the quest for true wellness, we’re diving into a world where healing goes beyond the surface. Dr. Lisa Saff Koche, a trailblazer with triple board certification, heads up Spectra Wellness Solutions clinic and Lit Labs Performance Center. Her own battles with childhood leukemia and chemo-induced heart failure fueled a mission to dig deep into the roots of illness, far beyond just treating symptoms.

Dr. Koche’s approach is all about unlocking total body wellness. She mixes nutrition, hormone balance, and mitochondrial health to boost vitality from the inside out. As an author and speaker, she’s at the forefront, challenging how we think about our health.

My discussion with Dr. Koche cuts through the noise of modern medicine, weaving in her spiritual journey and the biohacking tools she swears by. Hypnotized to Transform with Edwin Selij

Edwin Selij
“Hypnotherapy merges psychotherapy with the altered state of consciousness known as hypnosis, unlocking a vast potential. This unique combination can yield results in mere sessions that might otherwise take years to achieve through traditional therapy.”
Edwin Selij

From Kabbalah, I learned that a miracle isn’t defined as when the impossible becomes possible. A miracle is defined as removing the illusionary veils that don’t allow us to see the light in every experience and every moment.

In today’s episode, I’m honored to have Edwin Selij joining us, an acclaimed expert guiding thousands to transcend limitations through hypnotherapy. As the owner of Europe’s largest hypnosis institute, Edwin has spent over a decade empowering individuals to dissolve constraints and access greater possibilities.

In this discussion, Edwin highlights the distinction between hypnosis and hypnotherapy. He talks about his origins in this arena in Holland, where he has become quite renowned. Drawing from client experiences, as well as parenting lessons, he explains how hypnotherapy can help reframe even seemingly impossible circumstances. Edwin outlines simple techniques anyone can practice to disassociate from distressing emotions and reconnect with joyful resources within.

As he compellingly expresses, his aim isn’t to hypnotize people but to awaken them from limiting trances. It’s a fascinating, consciousness-expanding exploration that will reshape your sense of what’s possible. So, without any further ado, on with the show!

How to Speak to God with Agapi Stassinopoulos

Agapi Stassinopoulos
“It’s not prayer that’s religious, but more the devotion and the reverence about your life force.”
Agapi Stassinopoulos

Regardless of whether or not we practice organized religion, connecting with our higher self opens the doorway to receiving divine guidance that can transform our lives. With my guest on today’s episode, we explore how prayer and conversation with God, Spirit, and Source lead to a greater understanding of our true nature.

I’m delighted to have Agapi Stassinopoulos here on the show with me. She’s an international speaker and author of Wake Up to the Joy of You, and published in 2022, Speaking with Spirit: 52 Prayers to Guide, Inspire, and Uplift You. In our discussion, Agapi describes how she turned inward during the isolation of the pandemic, communing with Spirit through writing heartfelt prayers, uncovering more fully that still, small voice within herself. She shares how putting pen to paper grounds you in the present, so rather than focusing on a “to-do” list, you can refocus on your “to-be” list. If you’re seeking to deepen your relationship with Spirit, this conversation offers insights into the power of heart-centered prayer – a gift available to us all as a way to unlock greater awareness and inner strength.
